Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Svara API ("Service"). Svara is a product and trading name of ZenMode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16925050), registered office at 41 Elm Park, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 4AU. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
References to "Svara", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to ZenMode Ltd trading as Svara.
1. Service Description
Svara provides an API for generating and delivering native voice notes across messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp. The Service includes text-to-speech generation, audio format conversion, and platform-native delivery.
2. Account and API Keys
You must create an account and obtain an API key to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any activity under your API key is your responsibility. If you suspect your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately via your dashboard.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) in violation of applicable laws
- Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
- Impersonate individuals without their consent
- Distribute malware or phishing content
- Violate the terms of service of target platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp)
- Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through any means
- Resell access to the Service without written authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
4. Rate Limits
Each plan includes a rate limit (requests per minute). Requests exceeding your rate limit will receive a 429 response. Rate limits are applied per API key.
- Starter: 100 requests/minute
- Growth: 500 requests/minute
- Scale: 2,000 requests/minute
- Enterprise: Custom
5. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.5% API uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and our status page.
Uptime is measured as the availability of the API to accept and process requests. Delivery success depends on third-party platform availability and is not covered by our SLA.
If we fail to meet the 99.5% uptime target in a given month, affected customers on paid plans are eligible for service credits:
- 99.0% - 99.5%: 10% credit
- 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% credit
- Below 95.0%: 50% credit
6. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Overage charges (for voice notes exceeding your plan allowance) are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Platform Credentials
You are responsible for providing valid platform credentials (e.g., LinkedIn session cookies, Telegram bot tokens) as required for voice note delivery. You represent that you have authorization to use these credentials and that your use complies with each platform's terms of service.
We do not store platform credentials. They are used in-memory during request processing and immediately discarded.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including the text of your messages. We retain ownership of the Service, its infrastructure, and any proprietary technology used to deliver voice notes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
